A website for us. Created by us, for us. With our best interests in mind!
As lesbians, many of us couldn't care less about shopping and fashion. We’d like it if someone else would just do it for us. Yes, of course, we want products to be pure, ethical, sustainable, whole, natural, preservative- and pesticide- free, hand-made, organic, local, and women-made whenever possible. And if this stuff could just land on your doorstep — whatever you need, whenever you need it — you’d really love it, right?
And how about if we could sort out our wardrobe? I mean, I love T-shirts like the next girl, but sometimes you want to look nice and it only takes a second to peruse the whole store and see there’s nothing but goofy girly stuff or boring stuff. Where’s the stuff for us? Classical, distinctive, slenderizing, sophisticated, a little manly in a feminine sort of way. We need to develop a line just for us. Something that fits us.
So, that’s my intention. I’m building it from the ground up. The things we really need. In our size. The right products. I don’t want to supply everything to the whole world, just good, whole products to my sisters to make their lives healthier and simpler, and to connect and help women in the process.
If this sounds interesting to you or if you have experience in any of these areas, I’d love to talk with you. I’m looking for investors, partners, advisors and a board of directors. It would also be really helpful to talk with a retail buyer and women who think their products belong on this site.
Also: graphic designers, web programmers, fashion designers, jewelry designers, photographers, writers, models (real women and couples, not professionals), painters, shipping and receiving specialists, and product developers.
