One of my favorite long-term clients is Nancy Eastman of Art of the Land. I started with her in 2012 doing graphic design and marketing for her landscape business. I updated her Wordpress website, wrote blogs, photographed landscapes, created email, postcard and facebook campaigns. We wrote search engine optimization—fighting our way to the top on Google (which wasn’t easy with a Denver landscape business). At 75(!) she decided to retire her landscape business and start working on art full time. (We can only aspire to be like Nancy!) To close this chapter and not lose her considerable collection of projects and essays from her website, we created a Legacy book.

To launch Nancy’s new career we created a new art portfolio website using the same name to retain her large following, her embedded search engine optimization and all her social media contacts. She has transitioned seamlessly into her new world, just finishing a residency at the Firehouse in Boulder, CO. I can’t wait for the new pieces to be photographed so I can add them to her website.
